Everything I sell is hand-built, circuit-bent, and one of a kind - and I stand behind all of it. If something goes wrong, I'll make it right. Here's exactly how.

The 30-day guarantee

If anything I sell you stops working within 30 days of you receiving it, you're covered, no argument. Email me (details below) and I'll send you a prepaid label or cover the cost to ship it back to me. Once it's here, it's your call:

• A full refund - every cent you paid, back to you; or
• A free repair - I fix it and send it home to you at no charge.

After 30 days - free repairs for the long haul

These are hand-made things, and I want them to keep working for you long after the first month. So even once the 30-day window has closed, if your piece stops working, ship it to me and I'll repair it for free - and I'll pay the return shipping to get it back to you. You just cover getting it to me.

How to start a return or repair

Just email me at onion@messopedals.com - tell me what you bought and what it's doing (or not doing). A quick photo or video of the problem helps but isn't required. I'll write back with where to send it and sort out the shipping.

A little honest fine print

Everything here is one-of-a-kind and sold as-is with its quirks and imperfections - the odd cosmetic mark, worn paint, or that lived-in look is part of the deal, not a defect. This promise is about the thing working: if it makes noise, it should keep making noise. If it stops, I'll fix it or refund it per the windows above.

That goes for the tape loops too - if one shows up and won't play, same deal, I'll replace or refund it. (They're meant to be recorded over, so once you've taped your own thing onto one, that part's on you.)
